1. What are the ingredients in your product?
They are listed under each item for your convenience. If you have high blood pressure are pregnant or breast feeding we have made a special Serum for you minus certain essential oils. If you have an allergy to a particular item, please contact customer service before placing your order. And with any and all of our hair care products you need to do a test patch prior to full use especially if you have sensitive/and or allergic skin.
As of 04-25-11 we updated a couple of products that had errors on the packaging label and our site. These products have not been changed in any way and it was due to human error that has now been corrected on both the labels and the site and we are deeply sorry for this over site. 2. Where can I find the status of my order & what is Awaiting Fulfillment?
You can find the status of your order by logging into your account and going to My Account and checking your status. Also, any updates that are completed there are always an email sent to your email address. If you don't receive them in your inbox they might be stored into your spam folder. Please check there or change your settings to receive your updates and status from us. Please note it takes 7-10 business days to process all orders.
Awaiting Fulfillment means your order is awaiting to be filled or awaiting to be shipped. Please allow 7-10 business days to process your order.
3. Does Bee Mine Hair Growth Serum turn your jewelry black?
Gold and silver jewelry that has been tarnished can easily be cleaned with baking soda or toothpaste. If you prefer jewelry cleaner can be used also.
4. Should I still use a moisturizer while using Bee Mine?
We suggest you use Bee Mine Hair Growth Serum with Sulfur only with a moisturizer. Bee Mine No Sulfur Serum, Luscious Balanced Cream Moisturizer, Deja's Hair Milk or Bee Loved Hair & Scalp Moisturizer are Fabulous. All of our wonderful moisturizers can be used on your hair & scalp for optimum health and growth for your tresses. To seal, moisturize protect and nourish your hair. A little goes a long way! The Serums with sulfur is to be used on your scalp only.
5. What are the benefits of using your Serums with sulfur & risks?
The benefits of the sulfur powder in the Serum is a boost in growth. Although we have carefully selected essential oils and herbs to help in this process sulfur powder does give a boost as well. The risk is some people are allergic to the sulfur powder although rare there is a possibility. This is why we ask everyone even those that don't use our products to perform a patch test prior to full use on the back of your hand. If you have a perm or use any type of chemical treatment we ask that you stop using the sulfur based Serum prior to the chemical treatment 7 days prior and 7 days after with at least a co-wash prior. This elevates a possibility of irritation or your perm (retouch), color not taking.
6. Can Bee Mine be used for all hair types?
Yes, Bee Mine can be used on naturally curly, kinky relaxed, texlaxed and color treated hair. It is suggested that if you relax your hair, stop using Bee Mine Sulfur based products up to one week (7 days) prior to a touch up and one week (7 days) after. You do not have to stop using Bee Mine No Sulfur Serum prior to a touch up or chemical treatment.
7. If I'm Caucasian, multi-racial, Hispanic or other can I use Bee Mine?
Yes, Bee Mine Products can be used by all seeking to grow longer stronger hair it does not matter what your nationality is. Our product line is designed to work for everyone.
8. How often should I apply Bee Mine and how?
Bee Mine Hair Growth Serum should be applied everyday or every other day for best results. Part your hair in inch to 2 inch sections and apply Bee Mine Serum sparingly to your scalp in these sections until you cover your entire scalp. Please note a little Serum goes a long way a little is all it takes. Massage thoroughly throughout your scalp making sure your entire scalp is covered optimum benefit. Style as normal. If you are Caucasian, multi-racial, Hispanic or other and choose not to keep the Serum in your hair at all times. Apply the Serum at night as described above and wash your hair in the morning and repeat again that evening. The Serums with Sulfur is not to be placed on your hair it's to be used on your scalp only.
9. If I perm, relax or color is there anything special that I do, I use your Growth Serum with Sulfur?
We advise all our customers and those that use other products to please stop using any sulfur based products one week (preferably 7 days) prior to any touch-up, perm, relaxer, color, chemicals, etc. If you've used any sulfur products in your hair we suggest washing the product out before you have any chemical process done. Please stop one week before a chemical process and one week after.
10. Should I massage Bee Mine Hair Serum in my scalp and how much should I use?
Yes, Bee Mine should be massaged thouroughly throughout your entire scalp for optimum benefit. And you should use Bee Mine sparingly a little goes a long way.
11. Can I style my hair in any way that I want including flat ironing if I use the Hair Serum?
Yes you can. It doesn’t matter how you choose to style your hair.
12. Is something wrong if I experience tingling scalp while using the Hair Serum?
No, you are fine it's simply the Serum working and your hair is not going to fall out. Several woman have experienced tingling scalp.
13. When can I expect my package to arrive and what carrier do you use?
Please allow 7 - 10 BUSINESS DAYS not days (Monday - Friday recently revised 5/24/2010) for your order to process. Normally your order will ship sooner than this but is does take time to make your products and we do ask that you give us this time to process your order. As of July 10th your orders can be shipped via USPS or UPS. If you choose United States Postal Service (USPS) as your carrier the tracking system has become inadequte as of late and should you choose them you are doing so at your own risk. Bee Mine Products shall not bee held responsible if you choose not to add the small minimal fee of insurance to your order if your package is lost, stolen or damaged. The USPS Priority Mail Service normally delivers in 2-3 business days (NOT A Guarantee) for domestic deliveries. This does not mean that you will receive your package in 2-3 days after you place your order. And APO's/International orders normally take 6-10 business days. First Class International Mail states varies for delivery time. Priority International Mail Service once ships takes between 6-10 business days and you have to be available for delivery. If you choose overnight, UPS 2 day or 3 Day Select this does not mean your order gets moved to the front of the line. This means that when we reach your order this is the shipping option your order will take when it is shipped.

For those international family members wishing to have their packages shipped via USPS First Class Mail Service you are responsible for any lost packages, damaged packages, etc. Since we are not able to track these packages and not able to file a claim if your order is lost, stolen or damaged with this particular service we are not responsible. Thank you for your understanding while we offer responsible cost effective options for you to receive your parcel.
14. Mine didn’t give me the results I was expecting. Can I get a refund?
Because every product will not work the same for everybody we cannot guarantee results and due to that fact and the nature of the business we cannot accept refunds. We can not accept product for return or exchange.
15. Do you cancel orders or can I cancel my order?
Please make sure you are making a valid purchase. We will not be able to cancel your order once we have started making your products. We can give you a store credit to use towards another purchase. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
16. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, but we use Mariposa Import and when you order directly through them your order can be delivered more quickly and shipping possibly cheaper. www.mariposa-import.eu
17. Do you ship to APO/FPO boxes?
Yes.
18. Why is the shipping cost so high?
As of January 4, 2010 Postage price have gone up again. All of our products are filled to the rim if it states 2 oz you are getting 2 =+ oz. if it states 8 oz you receive 8 + oz and so forth we do not skimp on your products. We use shipping weight when we state the actual weight on the product not the volume weight. The shipping prices are set by the system at a flat rate there's not much that can be done about that. We have two options which is USPS and FedEx and ask that you make the best informed economical choice for you.
19. Do you custom make products?
Currently we are not custom making products or doing special scents. It takes from production and delays packages. We do apologize greatly. If you've stated you would like a certain scent your order will be shipped with the scent you have picked at check out. Thank you for your understanding.
20. I haven't gotten any information on the status of my order.
Prior to contacting customer service please check your email and bulk mail. If you have an order with us you will have an email with your payment information and order number. If your order is showing waiting for fulfillment and it's within the 7-10 business days please wait that length of time prior to calling or sending a email regards to when you order will be shipped.
21. Do you accept Money Orders or Cashiers Checks?

22. I keep getting errors trying to process my order why is that?
Please make sure you are entering your correct billing address that is on your credit card statement. Your phone number is correct this will cause a decline. Otherwise your order will decline and not go through. As of late you might need to change your browser i.e. (Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc.). Please make sure this information is correct.
23. The discount code I used to use is not working now what should I do?
As of Oct. 1, 2010 some codes will be changed often so you will have to go to that site to get your updated code and that site only. Please do not email or call us for the codes it will not be furnished. If you did not enter the code at check out a refund will not be given. We are very sorry. We can no longer continue doing this.
24. Has the Shampoo's been discounted or when will it be back in stock?
Our shampoo's will be in stock as soon as possible they have not been discontinued. The system has a glitch in it when items have been placed out of stock it still somehow get's placed in family members carts when we don't have stock. The Pepperming & Tea Tree Nourishing Shampoo is no longer in stock. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
25. What payment options do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, E-Check (PayPal).
26. Is your site secure?
Our site is very secure and we've taken every precaution to make sure your shopping experience is safe as possible. We have a 256 bit encryption through our SSL and our merchant services are highly secure that was the reasons for choosing them (PayPal and Authorize.net).
A. Ways to secure yourself - Make sure your computer has the most up to date virus and spyware system. Just like you research hair care do so with your virus and spyware software equipment.
B. Bee cautious when you are at public places i.e. Starbucks, McDonalds, Barnes & Nobles, etc. don't do any purchasing at places such as this thieves are waiting on you.
27. What does Awaiting Fulfillment mean?
Awaiting fulfillment means your order is awaiting to be shipped. Please read FAQ's # 13 for our processing times.
28. I can't log in and my password doesn't work what should I do?
When you first sign up with your initial account with us you will receive two emails from us. Please make sure to acknowledge the second email and follow the instructions on that second email to validate your account. Otherwise your account will not bee valid and you will not have access to your account with us. Please add us to your address book so any mail that comes in will not go to your junk or bulk mail. If you do find that you are still experiencing problems please don't hesitate to ask for a new password and we will bee more than happy to issue you a new one. Info@beemineproducts.com
29. I entered an incorrect address and would like my package reshipped to me.
We would bee more than happy to do so with the shipping fee repaid. The initial shipping fee was paid to ship your package off to the incorrect address and we will need another payment to reship your package to your correct address. Please contact us for more information on how to pay this fee. Thanks for your understanding.
