  • Please allow 7-10 business days (Monday - Friday) for your order to process.
  • It takes several business days (Monday - Friday) for your order to be processed.
  • If you choose Priority Mail Service (Family members only) through U.S.P.S. which normally (not a guarantee) takes 2-3 business days (Monday -Friday)  for delivery on domestic items and 6-10 business days on international and APO items.  If you choose UPS the shipping times depends on various package options you choose.  Please click the tracking number after 24 hours to see when your package should bee arriving at your door.  Please look for your delivery confirmation via email.  Or sign into your account to see your delivery confirmation number.
  • If you've entered an incorrect address and would like for your package to be reshipped to you.  You will have to pay for the reshipment of your package since the initial payment was paid for the wrong address.
  • We offer insurance & Signature Confirmation for USPS Priority Mail Service only it has to be purchased separately there is a function presently on the site to combine with your final order.  Please add this additional safeguard before you finalize your purchase.  Due to the inadequate tracking service of the USPS we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages if you do not have insurance added.
  • If you have a problem with your order please contact us immediately at info@beemineproducts.com to assist you.  You have 7 business days to let us know of any problems with your order.  If you have not received your order after it has shipped in 14 business days we are not responsible.  Please contact us in a timely manner to investigate your package if you feel your package has not reached you.  All sales are final due to the nature of our business no refunds or exchanges are accepted.  We can issue a store credit if desired.  Please make sure you are making a valid purchase no refunds/exchanges/upgrades are accepted after your purchase has been made with us.
